Hi,
I received your product recently. A product that I already know well and that I love.
I wanted to share with you the problem I had with the shipping of the product to my home in Quebec (Canada).
I had first checked what the customs fees were before ordering the product which already cost nearly $300. In the end, a small $12 was not a problem for me! However, when I arrived at customs, UPS charged me $110 for brokerage fees!! I was told that if the package had been sent via USPS, it would have been less worse. This is a suggestion for Canadian residents, but it remains to be validated.
When the product arrived at my door, the bag was leaking. I had lost 1/3 of the big bottle of Gun Black. Very disappointed. (See pictures under below)
Disappointment as well: This time I bought the big kit to have a good supply. I like to restore firearms with Blue Wonder and I have a few to do. I was disappointed to see the size of the bottle of Premium Lubrican... Had I known, I would have ordered a large bottle more with this order. Now given the exorbitant shipping costs, it's difficult for me to order only one bottle since I'll probably pay $100 and more in miscellaneous fees (brokerage, etc.)
Nevertheless, I remain an avid fan of your products and I look forward to using what I have in hand.

I love blue wonder products, have great results and so easy to work with. The leather care to the bluing and black wonder, and the blue remover. So nice.
I know sometimes supplies get low or manufacturing delays slows up distribution or deliveries. Communication with customers could improve so we can adjust our time line with our customers. Verry Respectfully Chris Gem-N-I Gunsmithing
I learned about Blue Wonder gun cleaner June 2011 at NRA Basic Rifle at the Durham Rifle and Pistol Club. The instructor's name was William Guyer. Guyer explained a lot of gun lubes and gun cleaners are toxic and cause cancer. Guyer gave the class a list of his personal favorite gun cleaners that are less toxic and bio friendly. One was Blue Wonder. I finally bought some this year to clean up two older shotguns, including a 1936 Winchester Model 12 shotgun I am rebuilding at the Gunsmithing program at Montgomery Community College in Troy, NC. I have found Blue Wonder more pleasant than my standard Hoppes #9. Blue Wonder take rust out better than Hoppes #9 and does not have a "causes cancer in the state of California" warning label on it. Guyer told us to look for that label when choosing a gun cleaning or lubricant product. It also smells better than other bore solvents and it removes plastic shotgun was well.
