Lasts around four hours for me.

Till Hezel I used it on headache and stiff neck. Results no significant change. Golfers elbow and shoulder. Seems to work a little in reducing pain, maybe internal inflammation. I am still looking forward to try it on mosquito bites. I don't think the product is bad, it just doesn't work on my ailments .I think it's worth a try.
